Gators Wing Shack opened as a neighborhood pub in Wheeling in 1996. The move to Palatine in 2001 changed everything. Full grill, pizzeria, and a place people couldn't stop coming back to. Now serving generations of customers through the years, it really feels more like family.

Sixteen "First Place" wins, plus four "Best of Fest" awards at Chicago's annual WingFest, speak for themselves. The wings may get all the glory, but the kitchen doesn't play favorites. Pizza, ribs, sandwiches, seafood, apps, salads. All of it fresh, all of it the real deal.

Room for the whole crew. Kids, grandparents, coworkers, the entire soccer team. This is that kind of place. Our Palatine location has a private party room for up to 50 people, and the main dining room opens up for 100+ when things really get rolling.
